8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be finally settled by binding arbitration, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in London, United Kingdom, in the English language.

8.3 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Services.
